Who am I? What makes me qualified?

My name is Mattice A. Middleton, I am 62 years old born in 1961. I started out as a premed major, but quickly turned that interest away and into non-conventional wellness. 

As the adult child of an alcoholic single mother I have always had an interest in helping healing, and making life better for others.

I offer amazing Keto Recipes so good you would not believe they could be Keto! I am empathetic and qualified so i know what i am talking about, well enough to help apply it to any struggles you may have. Having a partner who cares and listens will help smooth the bumps in the road on the way to becoming the best, healthiest version of yourself. 

I have much work experience when it comes to health and fitness.

• I worked for Capital Blue Cross Blue Shield, as a dedicated customer service representative.
• I worked for Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital as a patient liaison.
• I worked as a weight control manager at the Virginia Medical Weight  control clinic.
• I worked at Brandermill Woods retirement community as a senior fitness specialist on the wellness team.
• I worked at American Family Fitness as a fitness trainer pre-and post natal.
